A year-long automation project

Over the last 2+ years, we’ve been working closely with the team at CB Heating (who are now part of the EDF Group) to provide the infrastructure for their Heat Pump Boiler supply and installation business.  Alongside the ongoing development roadmap, we’re about to embark on an exciting year-long automation side project; all intended to streamline, automate, decrease human error, reduce staffing overhead, and increase data accuracy within their ever-expanding business.

Here’s a few stand-out features we’re going to be working on over the coming months;

Absorption of External Tools:

We’re going to be absorbing and building some external tools directly within our platform, starting with the reimagining of things like DocuSign and GoCanvas into our MPX system. This will streamline workflow by centralizing essential functions, making the overall experience more intuitive and efficient.

Templating Systems to Eliminate Duplication of Work:

Recognizing the importance of time, we’re developing advanced templating systems. These systems are designed to eliminate duplication of work, allowing you to create standardized templates that can be easily reused – Saying goodbye to repetitive tasks and welcoming a more streamlined and productive workflow.

Portals for External Teams:

In every business, collaboration is key, and we understand the importance of external teams and stakeholders being able to seamlessly contribute to projects. That’s why we’re creating dedicated portals for external teams to enter their own data directly into our platform. This feature will enhance communication, reduce delays, and foster a more collaborative environment.

Reimagined Report Builders:

Our report building capabilities are undergoing a transformation. We will be reimagining the report builder to empower users with on-the-fly reporting. Customize and generate reports effortlessly, providing real-time insights into your business data. This enhancement is designed to make data analysis more accessible and tailored to each users unique requirements.
